Summary

I enjoy the challenge of figuring out complex concepts and technologies and communicating that knowledge to readers of any level of expertise.

In my daily job, despite working independently, I actively communicate with different stakeholders and subject matter experts across the whole company.

I facilitate product localization into more than 30 languages by communicating with translators and product teams and helping with localization-related issues.

I quickly learn new technologies and instruments. Over my career, Ive worked with different tools: Liferay DXP, Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, Zendesk, IntelliJ IDEA, Gerrit, Oxygen XML, and others. I can comfortably use markup languages like HTML, Markdown, or reStructuredText when needed. I prefer single-source topic-based authoring, e.g., DITA XML.

In my free time, I am familiarizing myself with Generative AI, such as ChatGPT, to accelerate the creation of draft copies and scripts, which I then review and edit according to my needs and vision.

Expectations

I'm looking for an environment where I can thrive professionally. I want to learn and implement new technologies. I like being independent and having ownership of my work. Managing a writing team is also a possibility that I'm considering.

I am located in Joensuu, North Karelia, but I am open to relocating to other cities in Finland.
