Expectations

I miss working with people in the office. I've been working remotely since the pandemic started and I am feeling very isolated. Although I've worked with people on every continent, there is tremendous value and time savings when people see and work together. I also am hearing impaired, which makes talking on the phone very challenging if I am not able to read lips.
