Roles: BMS (Bristol Myers Squibb 4th July 2022 to till date)
	Providing L1/L2 support for offshore delivery.
	Providing L1/L2 support VM related activities.
	Collaborating with other technical towers to troubleshoot critical and Major incident.
	Responsible for Second-level support for all server related issues.
	Main Responsibility is to perform the application and the server monitoring for multiple accounts in which we perform several different operations
	Participated in complete system builds, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
	Daily resolving incidents, Change and Request task for the different types of alerts according to the priority Implemented security policy and virus protection (Trellix Agent and ENS)
	Administered change management related to server upgrades and software installation.
	Adding disk space to VM server
	Resource upgradation like CPU and Memory upgrade.
	Managing snapshot adding backup Tag on VM console.
	Providing Support to AWS servers
	Space adding hardware size upgrade in AWS.
	Backup Tag assign in AWS servers in console.
	Coordinating with site supporting team and Vendors for Hardware related activities.
	Taking care of all the CHGANGE activities within the team.
	Working with backup team to resolve the backup issue like certificate adding. Netback installation and rectification.
	In escalate cases raising case with Microsoft and working together to resolve the issue.
	Users access related issues.
	Responsible for Monthly Patching of Enterprise Workstations & Server Environment
	Reviewing and testing Microsoft newly released patches (Every month 2nd Tuesday) in test environment and coordinating with application team for application validation.
	New Fixlet creation and Evaluating Fixlet relevance,
	New IBM Bigfix relay server configuration for new location,
	Responsible for creation of Software Distribution and Software Deployment.
	Testing and Patch Installation/revision management at the OS level. Application
	Software deployment, patching, and maintenance.
	Providing Data & required reports to perform different (Internal, External) Audits.
	Inventory management at the OS/hardware/patch/User level.
	Maintain Microsoft security patch compliance as per global standard.
	Knowledge on Service now (SNOW) tool to Create / Close Incident and Change ticket.
	Create BT Ticket as per the Network issue.
	Raise a HP ticket and working with Site Support team
