Before my role at VMware, I served as a Systems Engineer at Dell EMC from December 2017 to August 2021. Here, I architected solutions that digitally transformed customer data centers, ranging from small offices to Fortune 500 companies. My achievements include obtaining industry-leading certifications and acting as a lead technical advisor for customers adopting Software Defined Infrastructure and automation on-premises, thereby creating their own Hybrid cloud.

Earlier in my career, I showcased my skills as a Systems Administrator at AAA Oregon/Idaho from August 2015 to December 2017. In this role, I managed a production virtual environment, ensuring security compliance and modernizing the Windows server platform. My responsibilities included automation of infrastructure tasks using PowerShell scripting logic and forecasting storage requirements for Dell Compellent SAN.

Starting my career as a Junior Systems Administrator at Merchants Leasing from October 2014 to August 2015, I implemented a Cisco VoIP telecom solution for over 400 multi-site users. I demonstrated proficiency in GPO management, VMware host clustering, and data backup procedures.
