Summary

I have over 14 years of experience in developing web applications and 12+ years of experience
in JavaScript based developments using various JavaScript frameworks. I have been working
with latest JS libraries and frameworks such as React JS for 6+ years now.

Presently I'm working at WhiteHatJr / BYJU's (remotely) as an Senior / Lead Software
Engineer on Front End web application development (using React JS) and perform roles such as
conducting peer code reviews and annual reviews, participating in technical discussions, designs
and decision makings, preparing project plans and schedules, communicating with clients as well
as responsive web application developments, coordinating with UI/UX designers and product
owners and being responsible for overall front end task deliveries. Apart from my web
development skills, I also have a proven record to showcase my leadership and project
management skills as Im capable of getting the best performance from every individual in my
team as I have worked as the front end team lead in PMS project and I led the PLM project team
(comprising 8-10 colleagues) for over 4 years.
