As team lead at Armada Music I keep a technical overview of the product and its dependencies. I hire, coach and train team members and report to C-level about progress. I developed a new technical strategy to restrain tech debt and to achieve a modern software engineering landscape so stakeholders have a solid working application. I write code and review code of other engineers.

For Nike I worked at the Enterprise Data and Analytics department and was team lead in a team that created inventory planning software.
This software is used by the planning department to move orders between accounts that have overstock and accounts that run low in inventory. Based on intensive interviews I had with the business owners I converted requirements into a user-friendly app, saving Nike potentially around 100 million euro per year in margins.
Ive led and coached this team of data engineers and testers. I set up a workflow to improve the quality of the product and the productivity of the team. I managed stakeholders and collaborated with world headquarters to keep the application within corporate standards.
