Senior Software Engineer
Summary
I built a platform for shopping catalog abuse detection and enforcement and I am now leading and mentoring a team of software engineers to design, implement and onboard several new abuse detection and enforcement use cases on the platform I built and coordinate implementation across various teams' software stacks.
I still continue to individually contribute to building new products and key new features, improving code quality and refactoring, setting a high bar for operational excellence and covering on-call rotations. I also function as a SME of my products providing leadership, help, support and deep insights/direction to my team.
I lead brainstorming, product scoping and project launch planning sessions with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
I oversee sprint story assignments, provide help & support to my team, architecture and project design reviews, code reviews and quality checks of all of my engineering team.
