* Not afraid of huge efforts (e.g. refactored a huge codebase, which everybody before me deemed impossible)
* Many times implemented approaches/platforms improving productivity x2-x10 (e.g. code generation system for repetitive tasks, or (data science) features platform that allowed to implement ~130 features in 3 months)
* Constantly questioning status-quo and thinking out of the box
* Concepts for the case, not following "best-practices" blindly (e.g. if microservices introduce too much complexity - macroservices or even monolith)
