Expectations

I would love to explore more on the technical side since the last 1,5 year I have spent in learning into a leadership and managerial roles, so I feel like I have a lot to catch up in terms of the technical side.
I have 1 year of experience in leading an engineering team. It was full of first-time mistake, so in near future, if given the opportunity, I would love to explore back to the managerial and leadership roles.
