An environment where I can support a team of analysts or developers with my existing skills, and also build further depth or entirely new skills at the same time. I have a track record of learning quickly and contributing to teams rapidly, often while learning entirely new technology or languages. Learning new things is a must, but I also want the opportunity to mentor others and give back in the same way colleagues have blessed me over the years.

I also need a balance between work and life. I have three little ones and a bride that need my presence every day, and maintaining stability for them is vital. As a wise man once said, the only people who will remember you putting in lots of extra hours late at night are your children.
