Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Summary
	5+ years of IT experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
	ServiceNow Analyst with experience in implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, ITSM , CSM and Custom Applications
	Experience in creating Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI scripts and UI Policies using JavaScript.
	Experience in working with Scheduled Jobs.
	Expertise in creating and managing Service Catalog and Record Producers and creating workflows.
	Experience in working with ServiceNow ACLs to restrict access based on the roles.
	Worked on different ServiceNow Versions including Paris, Orlando, New York, Madrid, London, Kingston, Jakarta
	Experience in working with update sets.
	Hands on experience in creating test plans, daily reports.
	Involved in User Acceptance Testing to find out if the software meets the user expectations and works as it is expected.
	 Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
	Worked on multiple different modules including ITSM and Agile Module.
	Experience with a cross-functional team across different stages of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle in various environments that include Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
	Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
	Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization, as well as with the business and other technical teams.
	Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines under stressful conditions.
