Summary

Entered the field coming back form Afghanistan through a C2IT program with MindTree. Started project for AIG as a manual tester, having finished MindTree's coding tests for certification. The amount of tests to be completed sprint to sprint required high levels of crashing, so I started writing test automation in my own time to compensate. The test automationproject was picked up by the higher leadership leading to me leading two teams simultaneously; one team of manual testers and one team of manual testers who I was teaching to perform test automation and basic coding. The project was considered a success, sold to AIG, and shipped to offices in India for continued support. Since then I have worked as an SDET and developer at a number of companies. I most recently used my talents at LPL Financial for the last 18 months and am currently enrolled as a student at WGU for BS in Data Analytics due to graduate summer 2024..

Expectations

I am looking for opportunities to help develop and create improved testing practices through improved test automation and artificial intelligence for software testing for companies with established or unstable and incomplete test automation practices.
