Summary

I am a certified Scrum Master, who also maintains certifications in enterprise coaching (ICP-ENT) and transitions coaching (ICP-CAT). I have coached companies through and participated in multiple agile and DevOps transformations. I am skilled at helping organizations, teams, and individuals find common ground and utilize their intrinsic motivations to successfully complete their next steps. Through my coaching and the efforts of my teams, most of the teams I've worked with have increased their efficiency by 70% or more, while becoming more self-organized and self-confident. Transformations are never easy, but with the right coaches, they can be graceful and fun, with less anxiety and better results than would otherwise be possible.

I believe that technology can make the world a better place, and I'm looking for a company that shares that belief. I want to make a difference, even if it's just in my small corner of the world. I build teams that are self-organized and confident, I coach people to be stewards of their craft, and I'm looking for a company that would value these things in their teams.
