Focused on process improvement and continuous learning and development of the organizations practices, I lead my peers to follow the HR best practices. My goal is to create a synergic relationship with stakeholders, to ensure a best fit hire for each position which creates a win-win for both the employer and the candidate.

Challenging recruitment environment preferably in IT but also open to learning other sectors. Growth opportunities for future and flexible working environment. Senior or manager roles would be suitable as per my experience however I am absolutely considering junior roles for the right opportunity.
