I'm looking for a challenging technical recruiter role, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to drive a company's growth. My main focus will be on identifying exceptional candidates for engineering, product, platform/infrastructure, CX and/or GTM roles, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, I'd like to develop a deep understanding of the business needs to attract the best-fit candidates. My expertise in the San Francisco Bay Area's tech landscape, coupled with a passion for customer experience, will drive successful partnerships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
