Senior Recruiter

Summary

Led a full cycle team recruiting for the entire business function. This included hiring for accounting, finance, legal, policy, HR, recruiting, and operations teams. I have experience working with new hiring managers and building out their entire business function from a team of 1 to a team of 20+. My speciality is working with start ups that are looking to expand quickly and effectively. I believe it is essential for the recruiter to be a partner with the hiring manager and HR to strategically hire to fit the business needs and to avoid over hiring.
