Summary

6 years of experience as a Senior Quality Analyst / Engineer, in testing web, mobile and desktop application with SDLC, TDLC, STLC methodologies including agile and waterfall model.
Hands-on experience testing on various mobile devices, understanding their capabilities, limitations, and specific behavior on Android operating systems.
Extensive experience in developing and executing test plan, test design, scenarios, test scripts, and defect management.
Strong knowledge of industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Perform various types of testing including Functional testing, Accessibility testing, User Interface testing, Cross-browser & Cross-device testing across desktop, mobile devices and tablets, content testing, URL redirection testing, and Regression testing, End to End testing, API testing, performance testing.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Java, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, REST API, SQL to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring timely project delivery.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Skilled in developing and implementing test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements.
Skilled in Integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipeline tools like GitHub and Jenkins.
Exposure in various test management activities such as Test requirement analysis, Test strategy, Test planning, Test preparing and implementation timeline and documentation with help of JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, TestRail and Xray.
Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), accessibility testing methodologies and tools.
In-depth knowledge of WCAG and its application in web development projects and proficiency in conducting accessibility testing
Strong understanding of Pharmacy and Chevron (Oil and Gas) domain.
