3. Report and document defects using JIRA, providing detailed steps to reproduce and suggested solutions.
4. Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and design test cases.
5. Perform smoke, sanity and regression testing and ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
