I have managed software implementation projects for many years across several industry verticals including high tech, automotive, aerospace & defense, and heavy machinery. This included managing scope, risk, cost, budget, and stakeholder involvement (from end user to executive sponsor level). Every project I ran finished on-time and at or under budget.
