Amazon: Launched critical business expansions for Amazon People Experience and Technology (PxT) for countries in Western Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK and more) in record time, project managing 30 workstreams in Human Resources, Employment Legal, Employee Services, Benefits and all of employee services (onboarding to exit). These expansions enabled Amazons growth by setting up new businesss and entities. Leader of Western Europe Expansions team.
Amazon: Program managed and exceeded Amazons Leadership goal for reducing start date delays of global new hires (200K+ employees every year) by 61% in 2021 and 2022, working with Talent Acquisition, Business leaders and all teams involved in employee onboarding (HR Services, Background checks, Work Authorization, Immigration).
Amazon: Launched and product owned Amazons global candidate dashboard for Talent Acquisition and HR, used by over 5000 users, supporting several process improvements and innovations, including improvements during Covid-19.
Amazon: Launched Amazons first Robotic Process Automation in Employee Services, managing over 100K data change transactions/month using RPA bots, reducing human intervention for efficiency and accuracy.
Amazon: Established the framework of Amazon New Joiners Delivery PM team, with necessary PM mechanisms, reporting and reviews, managing 5 PMs and 40 projects in 2021-22.
Amazon: Launched Amazon E-Aadhaar program, to ensure Amazon is able to hire 15,000+ candidates every year, adhering Indian compliance requirements.
Sathguru: Established Cornell Universitys electronic library network across 20 universities and research institutes in Bangladesh, benefitting 40K students and researchers, through a project funded by Gates Foundation.
Thomson Reuters: Project managed RMLs expansion in different parts of India, and developed a 6000 traders strong market dictionary for discovery and quality checks of commodity price data.
