Summary

I am a college educated professional with 2+ decades of experience in manufacturing, distribution and planning. My progression from manufacturing and LEAN processes to global distribution planning, to MRP and advanced forecast planning for manufacturing processes gives me a unique perspective to bring to your company.

I can glean data from ERP systems to assign proper priorities to mitigate the risk of Back Orders on Finished Goods inventory for existing product lines and New Product Introductions. I plan multi-level components for manufacturing while balancing contract manufacturers. My experience running S&OP meetings bringing together Sales, Planning, Operations and Marketing provides end to end vision for driving business output to match changing Sales demand while balancing marketings promotions and new product launches.

As a planner / buyer, I analyze available data to determine reorder points and reorder quantities utilizing Microsoft Excel formulas like VLOOKUP to pull data together from several sources then analyze with pivot tables to match production with ever changing demand.

In previous roles I have updated Min Max at 7 international warehouses, monthly. Used pivot tables and formulas to create actionable data to 6 product managers for their product line forecasts, monthly. Updated ERP system forecast settings with marketing input, monthly. I was instrumental in a successful New Product Introduction that was on time and under budget.
