Senior Product Manager
Summary
At Awardco I defined the project scope and schedule of building out a new landing page for customers to view accrued points, then spend those points on real, physical items. This was a large epic that I broked down into features and stories. I communicated timelines to stakeholder customers and updated them frequently as we progressed as to continually set proper expectations. This resulted in a smooth delivery and a 65% increase in spend YOY, which was a huge impact on Awardco and our customers.

My goal is to gain more knowledge and perfect my craft as a Product Manager, to build meaningful and innovative products, and to increase my value as an asset to my company long-term. My expectations are to have support in growth and guidance as needed while ramping up. I expect to be the SME for my product and to work with an experienced, talented cross-functional team.
