Summary

Reflection of my innovation journey and how I think I can be a great asset to your organization-
1- Developed the product at scale from 0 to 1 -Example - Deprecated T-Mobile refund tool and redesigned it from scratch owned and driven entire lifecycle partnering with designer, engineers, business operations team, brainstorming solutions and getting consensus and aligning on priority for MVP with an iterative product built a plan and at the end save $2.5M by automating the operational efforts and improving business and T-mobile customer refund payout experience.

2- Navigated ambiguity and proposed a solution to change the process for entire T-Mobile organization returns while partnering with 30-40 stakeholders to get a consensus on my recommended answer.

3- Startup - culture experience working at GameStop while doing thorough market research, drawing conclusions from vendor data, and coming up with a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Fraud domain.

With more than 11 years of experience in the software industry and six years in international technical product management, I am passionate about understanding customer behavior towards products and helping them achieve their goals.
