Summary

I am a Product manager with 6 years relevant experience in product and overall 9+ years experience. As a PM I have worked in multiple industries majorly Agritech, fintech & fitness. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
I am currently a product manager in DeHaat working in agri-input business where I handle the onboarding process, activations and payments. Here I have led the strategy and execution of automated customer onboarding & credit application flow with the help of a a 12-member team . This resulted in TAT reduction by 20% and enabled day 0 financing for 50% partners. I also worked to improve tha activation numbers as well as reduce the TAT by running cohort specific campaigns . I have also introduced Prepaid ordering on the app , targeted at bringing 30% of the GMV in H2FY24

Expectations
