I have 2 Years of Experience in Cognizant Technology Solutions for US Mortgage Process my designation in cognizant was Process Executive in that process we do Once the loan is disbursed to the borrower we do a quality review wherein we check everything right from the loan amount to all the charges paid by the borrower such as taxes, insurance, recording fee etc.
If any clerical discrepancy is found we correct it and send a new disclosure document to the borrower.If any financial error found then we either refund that amount or adjust the same with the principal loan amount.
We check various documents like ledgers, balance sheet, Final settlement statement, disclosure statement, deed of trust, warranty deed etc and after verification of all data and charges we close the loan.
