Senior Process Associate

Summary

Provide coverage support to extent order management team.
Works on specific set of customers and sales representatives by providing fulfilment expertise in a fast and collaborative environment.
Conducting Daily/weekly/bi-weekly meetings with customer, clients and internal stakeholders regarding the analysis report and quality work.
Work closely with sales and finance for efficient and accurate order processing.
Fulfil orders with the suppliers (PO submission managing vendor questions updating order status, updating with the stock holders).
Attends production and sales meetings as prepared to report the order status with clients and stake holders.
Interacted with the US clients & application teams on regular basis for gathering the project requirements, reviewing & accepting them.
