Extensive experience in Product, Program/Project, and Engineering Management. I'm great at identifying and outlining problems, communicating with partners while building plans to solve those problems, and then driving teams while executing to those plans - I've done this across multiple disparate industries during my career. Most recently, at Microsoft, I worked not only across a range of internal teams but also with external Law Enforcement partners and government entities. I am passionate about trust and security. My recent work also includes 8 years of implementing programs in Identity and Access management, DLP, Remote Access, Edge Protection, and managing a Network Security team. Finally, I am a previous engineer (wrote code in C and Java) and so am able to innately grasp engineering concepts and challenges, and am versed in communicating about them to both technical and non-technical audiences (including to leadership).

My educational background includes a BS in Computer Information Systems, and an MBA. In addition I have certifications in Agile (Certified Scrum Master and Agile Product Owner), and a Cybersecurity Risk Management Certificate from UW.
