I have experience working with SBCs, turning up SIP Trunks to carriers and customers' networks. I'm able to manage Projects and follow through to completion.
I've worked with Vendors for repair/outages and while deploying new equipment. I have experience with VMware and KVM hosts, and virtual machines. I can pick up many types of client-server applications and understand in detail how to troubleshoot, configure and learn the call flow from end to end. I have experience working with UCaaS and CCaaS solutions while understanding the characteristics of the many protocols such as SSL, TCP/IP, RTP, SRTP, TLS, BGP, OSPF, IGRP, FTP, h.248, GR303,h.265, SIP, MGCP, WebRTC and many more. Providing excellent customer support is part of my DNA. I'm able to monitor and analyze network alarms for service interruptions and traffic patterns. Maintain the reliability of network equipment by monitoring and being proactive.
