Expectations

I am seeking a backend .NET position, ideally focused on the modern .NET stack, though I also have solid experience with older versions. Im also open to full stack .NET roles. I value working in a structured and collaborative environment with a cross-functional team including PMs and QAs and appreciate having proper project documentation.

My ideal team follows Agile practices, and Im comfortable contributing in both individual and leadership capacities. I have hands-on experience delivering startup projects from scratch to production and have previously served as a team lead, so Im also open to team leadership opportunities.
