Analysis of NPA (Non-Performing Asset) Customers and reviewing the same as per company
norms

Providing MIS to leaderships to provide a better aspect of profits and losses.
Ensuring the better performance of each team member by providing them regular feedbacks.
Being proactive to provide a daily overview report of the team for leadership to provide an
easy of access of performance of team.
