I bring a wealth of business experience garnered over 20 years in Healthcare, Information Technology & Media sector working for global leaders such as Aster DM Healthcare, Gulf Business Machines, IBM, Intel & UTV Group (now a Walt Disney company).

As a Senior Manager, Analysis- Service Excellence at Aster DM Healthcare, I am responsible for planning & cascading business objectives, monitoring & analyzing operational results and provide recommendations to improve patient satisfaction at respective verticals.

My prior role was Operations Leader at Gulf Business Machines, responsible to maximize the LoBs operating capabilities, in terms of Pipeline management, Financial planning and Dashboards for key measurements. Before moving to the GBM Head Office, I led the Sales Operations team as a Business Operations Manager, at Gulf Software Distribution (a GBM Company) for 5 years. This team comprised of order fulfilment and Incentive Offerings. This was a critical role and I was responsible for leveraging key channel partner relationship with the goal of growing the overall partner profitability. My work in this significant area has seen key business partner participation in channel programs grow by 80% YoY. Additionally, I managed to drive partner GP by 3 points as I coached them to manage vendor programs effectively.

I was driving a similar growth and margin expansion mission for IBM India, South Asia region in which I have successfully executed the Software Value Incentive program.
This program has been rated as the Best Partner Incentive Program by IBM WW Software Channels.
