Senior/Lead Software Engineer

Remote/hybrid (London) medium sized tech-startup solving interesting problems in any domain. Looking for a senior role with a focus on day-to-day writing code and designing solutions to problems at scale. Looking for primarily hands-on role as I like to be directly solving problems.
