using FirehHydrant Incident management tool, which saved time when executing steps during an incident.

most effective, resulting in fewer incidents and restoring customers faith within the company.

Optimized incident management process by creating an all-inclusive knowledge base describing how incidents can be

the course of an incident and to follow proper protocol.
