Summary

I'm a hands-on individual contributor when it comes to game production. In addition to managing schedules and milestones, I have extensive experience with play testing, game feedback, text editing, media production, developer relations, and more. I'm very familiar with all aspects of game production, from concept documents to shipping the final product.

I'm a huge proponent of clear communication and full transparency in all tasks, especially as more studios embrace remote work.

I can communicate with all departments such as programmers, artists, QA, Localization and Marketing. Making games is a team effort and I always make sure all invested parties are in the loop as needed.

I've also been a production manager, so I have history with mentoring junior producers and helping them grow. Some of them have gone on to become Executive Producers and Senior Managers in game production, and I couldn't be more thrilled at their successes.

Expectations

I'm looking for a video game production job at a company that has fully embraced remote work and that wants their producers to help make the games better in addition to normal production duties like managing schedules and milestones. I'm an individual contributor and a team player. We all should have same goal: Make the best games possible.
