I continuously adopt a 'beginner's mind' perspective, which helps me stay open to new ideas and alternative approaches. I recognize that learning never stops, and I value input from individuals with varying levels of experience and am not afraid to admit if I dont know something.

I understand that in the grand scheme of things, no one is truly exceptional. I approach my work with humility, focusing on the task at hand rather than seeking recognition. This perspective helps me stay grounded and committed to continuous improvement.

I believe in the importance of efficient communication. I speak when necessary and avoid wasting colleagues' time with unnecessary chatter to maintain a focused and productive environment that benefits everyone.

While I acknowledge career milestones, I prioritize the joy and fulfillment of my work in the present moment. I understand that life is unpredictable, and I aim to find happiness in every day's work, regardless of long-term objectives.

Expectations

I'm looking to join a creative and/or ambitious Front-End project and make an impact in creating fast and responsive UIs, and a great user experience.

I expect to be given some level of autonomy, work directly with product owners and designers, and have the ability to instrument tools and standards to automate CI/CD processes and allow for a great DX.

Above all, I expect to work in a positive and open-minded environment, be part of decision making and have flexible hours.
