I am looking for having a great impact on the feature/product I work on, and to being able to be there from the shaping phase, making sure I fully understand the user flow and the key selling points of what I am building. I like working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, with a smaller team, where decision making is fast, however the quality of the code and product is at the top.
