Summary

Role :- Have been with IBM since Jan-2005, Primarily in the area of Testing managing complex deliveries, building automation strategies and test strategies primarily playing a role of senior delivery manager Test & Automation in the current capacity
Clients Support : Telstra(Aus), Optus(Aus), Vodafone (ANZ), Metlife (US), Development Bank of Singapore (DBS), Tangerine Bank (Canada), British Telecom and Telefonica(UK)

Management :- Coaching and Mentoring of the DRs ; Support the regular compliance and regulation activities ; People Management ; Identify and discuss with senior management on the new opportunities in Test & Automation ; Staffing and Building strong Test teams ; Ensure zero NCs in the security and project audits ; Implemented GDPR for UK Telco a/c ; Experienced in Transition and Transformation activities
Security : Have been upskilling in the area of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing from an external an training agency which provides me an opportunity to learn the Vulnerability Assessment along with hands-on experience in various cybersecurity tools mentioned on the left-side panel.
Test and Automation :- Ability to develop Test & Automation Strategies ; Hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (IBM RPA ; Automation Anywhere). Creating Master Test Plans, Test scenarios and building the standard check-list. Industry experience in TELCO and Banking domains. Have obtained industry Gold badge in TELCO ; Built the Test Strategy for the migration of Mediation platform to IBM Cloud ; Providing guidance to 3 towers of testing i.e Functional, Automation and Performance Testing.
Other experience :- Earlier in my career worked as a Oracle DBA on various UNIX platforms and am having good experience in Shell scripting, configuring Web and app servers and performing Business Verification Test. Besides automated the weekly data loading activity using shell scripts
Built a Test Strategy for the Network Cloudification Testing along with Test competency ; active involvement in the area of test solutioning
