Im a results-driven and forward-looking development leader with 20 years of experience in software and a demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and lead diverse high-performance cross-departmental teams. Over the last eight years Ive overseen a mix of local, remote, and offshore teams, and successfully led a company through adapting to a modern COVID-era fully remote work model.
