Summary

I have extensive experience in leading development, and deployment of software products across a variety of industries, including open source web applications and desktop software applications. I am a strong communicator and known for my positive approach and smiling personality which makes interpersonal relationships that much easier.

I have led various teams up to 30+ engineers with a budget of 3Me, and have managed through difficult changes including managing difficult situations, layoffs and team rebuilding.

Expectations
