Recognized as high potential talent, she was asked to join her current organization's HR Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, after three months in position. In her role leading HR Transformation, she has been responsible for developing and executing RNDC's People Strategy for over 14,000 employees to include Talent Readiness and Development, Total Rewards, Culture and DE&I, HR Operations, and Communications.
Prior to joining her current organization, she stood up a Project Management/Change Management Office at a large, pediatric health system. As part of this role, she was responsible for all recruiting, hiring, and development of a team of project managers, tripling the size of the team within its first year. Through her time leading this office, she was simultaneously responsible for the Program Management/Change Management efforts of a full-suite, Workday ERP Implementation, as well as the planning efforts for a new, ~$2B hospital and medical office building.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She also has an MBA from Georgia State University.
