My research has resulted in patents on new designs, reduced friction UX interfaces, behavioral driven marketing tactics & hierarchies, as well as cutting edge in-store technologies that drive customer loyalty, store engagement & increased basket size.

Whether reading out my findings to CEOs of Fortune 100s or connecting with respondents from around the globe in a diary study, understanding humans is my bread & butter. Ive worked with Data Scientists, Merchants, Designers & more and the way I best connect is by immersing myself in THEIR LANGUAGE in order to develop the best story using their own KPIs.

Ive spent 15+ years developing amazing relationships with colleagues, volunteer & coalition partners & strategic vendors what are experts in their fields & who I am lucky enough to utilize for insights in their respective subject matter expertise.

Expectations

The next step in my career will be focused on making an impact, whether through strategy leadership, customer insights, UX Research, product development or advocacy.

Ill likely have the most impact by helping a business or organization who is looking to effectively deeply understand & reach their end-users or customers by implementing various research methodologies to deeply understand what needs people have & match them with the business or organizations competencies to design more effective experiences, marketing & advertising tactics, or products.

Im open to consulting or full time roles, ideally remote though open to hybrid in Atlanta or 1-2 days per month if outside of Atlanta.
