- Exceeded my goal of creating 10 new backlinks with 973 Non-Toxic new backlinks holding an Authority Score between 81-100.
- Exceeded my goal of cleaning up 10,000 toxic backlinks and domain URLs by officially removing 24,417 toxic backlinks and 1,260 domains from Google SERPs, improving our Toxicity Score from Very High to Low.
- Improved our overall page load speed by 36% by partnering with Web Operations, Developers, and IT teams internally. The goal was to improve page load speed by 10%.
- Organic Search was the 3rd most-trafficked channel (behind Display and Direct), but held the highest Average Engagement Time compared to all other traffic channels including paid media and direct traffic.
Organic Search also accounted for 8% of all website traffic and 34% of all goal conversions in October 2022 alone.
- Removed over 3,000 broken links and redirect errors.
- Led the Paid Media function and had 3 direct reports.
- Created and managed a brand new SEO function for the organization and gained buy-in cross-functionally, resulting in the above SEO Performance success metrics.
- Supported an IA (Information Architecture) Project, which is a full website re-design.
