Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer

Summary

I have 10 years of professional Software Engineering experience. Am currently DevOps lead/architect in series-B funded startup based in NY, USA for past 2 years. Earlier was senior devops/software engineer in same company for 3 more years. (total 5 years in current company)

Am skilled in setting up and managing multi-microservices architecture in a multi-tenant AWS EKS k8s cluster, taking care for compliance (SOC-2) and high availability. During my career, I additionally have experience coding in Python/Node.js/React.

Some recent achievements include implementing a fully automated K8s infrastructure using ArgoCD, Github actions, Terraform. Another is cost reducing our cloud infra MoM costs by nearly 50% at a necessary time for business. Am experienced with upgrading our infra stack to meet our compliance audits, resulting in SOC-2 Type 1 and 2 certification.

Am looking to transition to a growing team/org which can immediately make use of my skillset. Am able to pick up new skills fast and eager to keep learning. I am preferring remote async work. Can join immediately.
