Senior Data Analyst

Summary

I'm working on clinical data analysis and NGS data analysis, the FDA adverse events data, CMS data, TCGA data. I build KPIs, wrangle data using R, perform analysis and visualize data using R. I also perform Survival analysis on TCGA data using Normalisation and finding Differentially expressed genes. I lead the team for above tasks. I work with SDTM data and Genomics data as well.
