As a Senior Creative Recruiter, I've worked to create a human-first recruiting experience for both clients and talent in the product, brand, creative, and marketing domains. With over 6 years of experience in creative full-lifecycle recruitment and new business development, I have worked with hundreds of candidates and clients, from disruptive and innovative startups to agencies and enterprise corporations.

I am a collaborative and enthusiastic people leader, having previously managed a team of 3 direct reports. Working in a client-facing role, I've advised clients on writing job descriptions, market trends, and best-in-class recruitment standards.
