During my career so far, I have successfully managed and implemented 4+ multi-million dollar e-commerce projects based on the SAP Hybris platform. These projects involved cross-functional teams and required careful planning, coordination and execution to ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope. Leveraging my strong technical background has enabled me to effectively communicate and collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to align project goals and drive success.

Accomplishment: Successful implementation of a large-scale CPQ application for a multinational retail company. This project aimed to integrate multiple systems from multiple vendor teams, optimize performance, and ensure a seamless customer experience. I led the team to deliver the project on time. This has reduced the overall time it takes to create a quote from 28-30 days to 1 day. By building a new platform with connected systems, customers can reduce the time it takes to acquire new customers and serve existing customers more efficiently and in less time.
