Queue Management of Offline and Online Orders for EMEA Distributed & Retail segments.
Publish weekly, monthly & quarterly dashboards and monthly stacks.
Provide feedback to the Team members with low productivity or Quality Scores or both to improve the same & drive BPI.
Train New Hires & nest them for 10 wks until they hit the Floor.
Conduct Knowledge Assessment Test every Quarter to 150 resources, review quality reports, prepare Training Needs Analysis, conduct refresher training.
