With extensive experience across culture and IT change, including organisational development, software implementation and enhancement, process optimisation, training, information governance, customer service and data analysis. Throughout my career, Ive led a host of successful transformation projects, including building a start-up energy supply company, a joint venture process merger, replacing an entire vehicle fleet, implementing several new software systems, and training a 300-strong power cut call handling workforce.
