Senior Business Analyst | QA Engineer
Summary
	Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
	Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
	Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
	Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
	Document requirements from stakeholders
	Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
	Closely work with developers and other team members of the development team to ensure the final product meets the required quality standards.
	Actively participate in the Test planning phase to understand the project requirements
	Develop test cases for testing different aspects of the software
	Execute all the test cases and observed and document the results, noting any discrepancies or failures encountered during testing.
	Closely collaborate with the development team to help them understand and reproduce the reported issues
	Perform regression testing, load testing and Test document and actively participate process improvement initiative,
	Implement strategies to address critical business challenges
	Working closely with clients, developers, and managerial staff.
	Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
	Performing user acceptance testing
	Ensuring any software built makes sense from a client and user perspective
	The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
	Experience creating detailed reports, timelines and budgets
	Create user stories & Identify risks for the sake of project
	Monitored project progress using different dashboard such as zenhub and make an adjustment where required
	Handle business compliance and confidential information
	Working in Agile environment following SCRUM in different industries such as Banking, Telecom & few internal Incident management tools.
	Global lead support representative
	Level 1 support including technical on chat, phone, and screen sharing
	Engaged with stakeholders and Focal for normal and major issues
	Using ticketing tool to assign to L2/3 support that have no work-around
