Check the ticket raised via JIRA.
Check the application for which ticket was raised. Replicate issue raised in the ticket at our end. Test the application and guide the client accordingly.
We use to check the issue relatable and also the development which took place via Confluence and Lift. Any additional update on the application which is a paid service, then inform the development team about it. If anything regarding the access or database then we use to support Equity product with SQL database. If client is facing issue with the BI reports, Power reports, SSRS reports then we check the discrepancy in the reports and after investigation on it we forward it to the BI Team to check where the failure is and fix it.
